Violazioni CDS

Violations CDS - Handbook of road traffic violations is an application that uses internet connection to access easily and quickly, always updated, the content of the Dr. Giandomenico Protospataro's Egaf Handbook. To access the Handbook, a subscription is required. The subscription is on a calendar year basis, from the activation date until the following December 31.

VIOLATIONS CDS OFF-LINE (emergency): To further improve the service and allow drafting of reports even without an internet connection, the Violations CDS off-line function has been implemented. However, this function should only be used in case of emergency as it contains limited information that also requires updating, hence its continuous use is restricted to a few days.

ADVANTAGES: Update: Once the application is downloaded and login is performed, users can consult the updated Egaf Handbook in real-time. Email updates: Notifications of new features are also sent via email, from which users can directly access the document containing the update. Hypertext navigation: Users can navigate from one violation hypothesis to another or to the notes with just one click. Navigation to regulations: Direct consultation of the articles of the CDS or other related provisions through the ITER database.

SEARCHES: Road Code search: Simply enter the article number of the CDS to find the related violation hypotheses. Other regulations search: To search for sanctions related to "other regulations" on road traffic, different from the CDS (e.g., law 298/74, Legislative Decree 286/2005, Legislative Decree 152/2006, etc.). Alphabetical search: A list of keywords in alphabetical order followed by one or more sentences completing their description. Summary search: A systematic index of the app to "browse" through all content. It is also a hierarchical consultation of the articles of the CDS.

ITER SANCTIONS CDS: Online thematic database: Enables consultation of regulations, administrative practices, and case law mentioned in the Handbook and also includes insights into the CDS (at least one comment for each article).

OTHER SERVICES (Queries - Egaf TV): Egaf subscribers can also benefit from: - Free answers (see General conditions) to queries managed by Egaf authors; - Training through videos on Egaf TV.

CONTENTS: The handbook, resulting from meticulous study of regulations and direct experience of the author, includes all types of violations to the CDS and other regulations on road traffic. Each violation hypothesis: - Is visually highlighted with article, paragraph, description of matters, pecuniary and ancillary sanctions; - Includes justification, with formulation of the offense written so that it can be transcribed directly into contestation reports; - Is accompanied by operational notes with detailed procedural and practical indications related to concrete situations for precise and immediate guidance in operational phases. Primarily aimed at those involved in enforcement and prevention activities on roads, it is also useful for consulting firms, driving schools, sector associations, etc.

CONDITIONS (In summary): All Egaf products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws; reproduction, even partial, is therefore prohibited. To subscribe to online services, one must: - Have a tablet or smartphone with an internet connection; - Pay the subscription fee; - Wait for receipt of password for service access. Online services include a single-user license. Access is granted throughout 24-hour daily periods, except for periodic technical maintenance times for system upkeep.
